ALL PACKAGE RATES, INFORMATION AND TAXES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT

IN FULL AND YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. THE PACKAGE RATE MAY BE

THE RIGHT TO REINVOICE YOUR RESERVATION SHOULD AN ERROR BE MADE IN COMPUTING

PAYMENTS : Payment in full with a credit card is required
to make a reservation. American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover
are accepted. The credit card selected for payment will be charged for
the total price of the reservation. If payment is withdrawn through credit
card chargeback, the Operator shall be entitled to recover reasonable collection
fees, attorney fees, and any other costs associated with recovering the
full package price. Such fees commonly add a minimum of 30% to the payment
amount due on the booking. If payment is withdrawn prior to travel for
any reason, the Operator has the right to cancel the trip. Any changes
to reservations will be subject to the applicable package price at the
time of change. The address requested is the billing address of the credit
card that must be issued to a U.S.or Canadian billing/mailing address and
issued by a U.S. or Canadian based bank. The cardholder must be a traveler
listed on the reservation. To provide confirmation of authorized card use,
you may be required by the supplier to present a credit card at time of
check-in, rental or pick up.
NOT INCLUDED : Rates do not include Passenger Facility
Charges where applicable. Gratuities, meals (unless otherwise noted), rollaway
and/or crib charges, and guest incidentals at hotel, parking, or ticket
media (unless purchased as an option). Destination Departure Tax, Security
Surcharge, Customs Fees, Federal Inspection Fees, APHIS fee, and general
cost of passports and visas and other such fees where required depending
on destination selected. Please contact our Service Desk for specific taxes
and/or fees not included.
RENTAL CAR RESTRICTIONS : Length of contract and car
type varies depending upon destination selected. Taxes and other government-imposed
or authorized charges, fuel, optional collision damage waiver, airport-imposed
taxes/fees, overtime and drop off charges, additional driver or young renter's
fee, and other optional items, if any, are extra. Rates are higher for
renters under age 25. Some airports impose a tax or fee, ranging up to
10% if you choose to exit on shuttle bus. Minimum rental charge is one
day (24-hour period). A one-way rental charge may be applied if a rental
is not returned to the city where it originated. Minimum age for renting
a car is twenty-one (21) years, except where state law provides otherwise.
Renters must have a valid driver's license and major credit card in their
name. Renters without a major credit card in their name must meet the cash
rental requirements. Most major credit cards are accepted and billed at
the time of rental. A credit card deposit or cash deposit is required.
Cash deposit needs to be 140% of the complete rental period for Avis and
$50/day, with a maximum of $200/week for Alamo. If choosing the cash deposit,
the renter must have verifiable home and employer telephone numbers and
one year of employment, including verification on weekends and holidays.
Cash rental deposits are subject to change, if choosing cash deposit, please
contact the rental company direct. If a client does not have a valid credit
card, the client will not be allowed to rent Minivans and Luxury cars,
such as: Cadillac's and Chrysler LH's. An underage driver fee may apply.
Coverage's are available at an additional charge. Unless otherwise stated,
rates do not include any governmentally (Federal, State, County or City)
imposed or authorized taxes or fees or airport fees or concession recoupment
fees which may apply. The rate does not include fuel, purchase options
are available. All rental car suppliers reserve the right to refuse any
request for rental. Renter must meet standard age, driver, credit and cash
rental requirements. Renters are subject to having driving records checked.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS : ALL persons, including U.S. citizens,
traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central
and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to present
a valid passport. Passports will also be required for re-entry to the United
States. Note: This does not affect travel between the U.S. and its territories.
U.S. citizens traveling between the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin
Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa will continue
to be able to use established forms of ID. Barbados and Bahamas require
proof of sufficient funds.

Brazil : Passport and Visa are required. U.S. citizens
must have a passport that is valid for 6 months beyond intended stay. Chile: U.S.

stay. Passengers entering as tourists will be charged a USD 100.00 (in
cash) reciprocity fee.
EUROPE INFORMATION
Passports : A valid passport is required. If you are
traveling on a non-U.S. passport, please check with the appropriate consulate
for entry and/or visa requirements. It is your responsibility to obtain
the required documents.
Documentation and Legal Requirements : Each passenger
is responsible for determining what documentation is required, obtaining
all necessary documentation and complying with the laws of each country
flown from, through or into. If any passenger fails to obtain the proper
documentation, including but not limited to, any special documentation
which may be required for minors traveling with only one parent to or from
an international destination, or fails to comply with the laws of any country
flown from, through or into, such passenger will be responsible to pay
or reimburse Future Vacations and/or the relevant Supplier for any loss,
damage, or expense suffered or incurred by Future Vacations or the Supplier
as a result. In no event is Future Vacations or any Supplier liable for
any assistance or information provided to any passenger by any agent or
employee of Future Vacations or Supplier which information or assistance
relates to required documents or compliance with the laws of any country.
Nor is either Future Vacations or any Supplier responsible for the consequences
to any passenger for such passenger's failure to obtain any required documents
or comply with any applicable laws. Subject to applicable laws and regulations,
if Future Vacations or any Supplier must, on government order, return any
passenger to their point of origin or elsewhere due to the passenger's
inadmissibility into/or deportation from a country, such passenger must
pay the applicable fare for such return. Future Vacations or the Supplier
may apply any unused carriage funds paid by such passenger or any of passenger's
funds that are in the possession of Future Vacations or Supplier to purchase
such fare. Any fare collected for transportation to the point of refusal
of entry or deportation will not be refunded unless such refund is required
by the country. Future Vacations reserves the right to reproduce a travel
document presented by airline passengers. All rules, requirements and limitations
of this section, include but are not limited to, travel by minors.
CURRENCY : If your vacation is taking you outside the
United States, it is advisable to exchange some money prior to travel.
Local banks, American Express, and AAA offices can issue travelers checks
in foreign currency. Once in the destination country, you can exchange
money at the airport, banks, American Express offices, and most hotels.
Keep in mind that each time you exchange money; you will be charged a fee.
Therefore, to cut down on conversion fees, you should limit the number
of times you change money. You can completely avoid these fees by using
your credit cards to make purchases. Foreign currency rates fluctuate daily.
DOCUMENTS : Your travel documents will be mailed to you
approximately 21 days prior to departure.
BAGGAGE : Some airlines are imposing additional charges
if you choose to check any baggage. Please contact your airline or refer
to its website for detailed information regarding your airline's checked
baggage policies as well as carry-on baggage policies. Neither the tour
operator nor suppliers are responsible for lost or stolen baggage.
E-TICKETS : As you look through your documents, you will
find a passenger receipt and itinerary listing your flight schedule. Since
your vacation has been electronically ticketed, you will not receive paper
airline tickets. For certain destinations operated by Code Share Partners
you will receive paper tickets by courier service. Failure to present paper
tickets at check in will result in the purchase of a new airline ticket,
please contact our Service Desk if you have a question regarding your documentation.
With Electronic (E-ticket) all you need is a passenger receipt and government
issued photo I.D. Simply present identification and/or proof of citizenship
to receive a boarding pass. Future Vacations purchases are not eligible
for any online ticketing bonus miles or any other online ticketing promotions
offered by the Air Line's website.
Please reconfirm your flights 24 hours prior to departure, both on the
departure and the return by calling the airline directly. You are also
advised to arrive at the airport at least 1½ hours prior to your
departure. In the event of a delay or cancellation, the airline is solely
responsible for determining and providing compensation in the event any
is due. All passenger air transportation is subject to the terms and conditions
of the tariffs, contracts of carriage, rules, regulations, policies, terms
and conditions (including Warsaw Convention notices) of the operating airline.
Due to heightened security at the airports, only ticketed airline passengers
will be allowed through security checkpoints.
REVISIONS : Revision fees vary depending on the time
of revision and type of package purchased. There will be a $15 fee per
transaction for Land only bookings, and a $25 fee per transaction for air
inclusive bookings. A $45 fee per transaction for all changes made within
5 days of travel. All fees are in addition to any supplier fees (including
airline fees according to the rules of the fare type purchased) In addition,
all air revisions are subject to the rules and restrictions imposed by
the airline. A $100 to $200 per ticket airline service fee will apply and
certain re-ticketing time limits may be required. Failure to meet the required
airline restrictions will result in full forfeiture of the airline ticket.
Name changes are not allowed. If your paper airline tickets need to be
reissued, new tickets will not be released until the original tickets are
received in our office. Revisions include any changes made to dates, hotel,
and ground or air transportation. If the number of persons occupying a
room changes, the remaining travelers will be responsible for the difference
in room rate. In addition, should you elect to change the return portion
of your airline ticket after travel has commenced, you will be charged
a revision fee of $100 to $200 per person and the change must be made 24
hours prior to your ticketed return date. The revision fee will be paid
directly to the airline when the ticket is reissued. To reissue a lost
paper airline ticket, you will have to contact the airline directly to
pay for the new airline ticket plus applicable lost ticket fees. You will
have to submit a Lost Ticket Application directly with the airline for
any refunds. Greater penalties may also be imposed by certain hotels when
travel dates are changed after the Operator has returned control of room
availability to the resort. Other ticketing fees may apply.
SCHEDULE CHANGES : Regular scheduled flights have been
selected for the vacation package; however, Future Vacations does not guarantee
any specific flight schedule or equipment and will not be held responsible
for any changes that result in an increase in airfare or deviation in original
flight itinerary. The customer will be responsible for any expenses incurred.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS : In the unlikely event that you
need to cancel your vacation, various cancellation fees apply which can
be up to 100% of the cost of your vacation. You must call our office prior
to your original departure time or you will be subject to no-show penalties.
All published air tickets are non-refundable. Written requests for refunds
on cancellations and all travel documents must be returned to Customer
Relations within 30 days of cancellation. Failure to follow these requirements
will result in waiver of rights to cancellation refunds. Unused or partially
used tour features and components are non-refundable. Eurostar Chunnel
tickets and confirmed plays or theater shows for London or New York City
are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, the entire payment will
be forfeited. The Vacation Protection Plan does not cover the air portion
for highly restricted published air bookings. Below we list our standard
cancellation fees, higher fees apply for Ski and Escorted Tours. Before
canceling or revising your vacation package, contact our Service Desk for

NO SHOWS : Failure to cancel with Future Vacations is considered
a no show and will result in full forfeiture of package price.
VACATION PROTECTION PLAN :
Allows travelers to cancel their vacation with the guarantee of a refund
of the package price less the cost of the policy. Certain non-refundable
components are only covered in the event you need to cancel for a covered
reason such as illness, injury or death. This plan also provides additional
coverage for trip interruption, trip delay, medical protection, baggage protection
and worldwide emergency assistance. Certain limited medical coverage and
additional benefits are also included. Reduction to the number of persons
traveling or changes made to dates, hotel, ground or air transportation are
considered revisions and will not be protected by the Vacation Protection
Plan.
KIDS LIMITED PROTECTION PLAN :
Exclusive for Disney and Orlando vacation packages. In the event you need
to cancel for covered reasons such as illness, injury or death this plan
allows travelers to cancel their vacation with the guarantee of a refund
of the package price less the cost of the policy. Benefits are extended,
at no additional charge, to children under 17 years of age so long as they
are sharing accommodations with adults (s) and all accompanying adults (s)
have purchased their own Kids Limited Protection Plan. This plan also provides
additional coverage for trip interruption, trip delay, medical protection
and baggage protection.

EUROPE
Passports : A valid passport is required. If you are traveling
on a non-U.S. passport, please check with the appropriate consulate for entry
and/or visa requirements. It is your responsibility to obtain the required

Transfers : Transfers on Independent City Tours are included
only if noted on the specific tour page, and if you arrive and depart on
the dates specified for that tour. When extending your stay in any other
city, transfers may be forfeited. Optional transfers are available through
Future Vacations at an additional cost. Please ensure that you have confirmed
your arrival flights and any revisions with Future Vacations prior to departure
from the United States or transfers will be forfeited.
Independent Tours: : Are subject to additional cancellation
fees or charges imposed by hotel and/or other suppliers, including airlines.
Possible Changes in Itinerary: : Occasionally, the land
arrangement of your Vacation Independent Tours may be extended or curtailed
because of unforeseen circumstances resulting from changes in transportation
schedules, hotel accommodations, local fairs or conventions, or other events
that may affect your itinerary schedule. Any savings realized by these changes
will be passed on to the passengers upon their return. Any additional costs
resulting from such a variation are the responsibility of the tour participant.
All hotels offered in conjunction with these tours are Tourist Class, Superior
Tourist Class, First Class, or Deluxe. On tours to remote areas, the best
available hotels are offered. Classifications of hotels are according to
established European standards. We must reserve the right to substitute hotels
if absolutely necessary. The hotel may require local taxes payable in local
currency at the time of checkout. Single accommodations cannot be guaranteed
on sleeper trains.
Group Travel : Groups consisting of the following, must
to be booked by our Future Vacations Group Desk:
a) 10 plus passengers, originating from the same city,
boarding the same aircraft, to the same destination (domestic)
b) 10 plus passengers, originating from different gateways,
traveling transatlantic on the same aircraft, to the same destination (international)
c) 10 plus rooms
Any reservations booked with the above criteria, on multiple reservations
will be subject to cancellation by the applicable airline.

"Future Vacations Customer Service Pledge" :
Your satisfaction is very important to us. That's why we give you our utmost
assurance that we will stand by our product to ensure you have a fulfilling
vacation experience. Therefore, if any tangible component of any Future Vacations
package is not delivered as described in your travel documents (except under
circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the tour operator), we will
refund the value of the undelivered component plus issue a travel credit
which may be used for future Future Vacations packages, provided proper documentation
of the claim is received within 30 days after completion of your Future Vacations
package. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties. We make no other
warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, arising by
law or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, or any implied warranty arising from
course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade. Claims must

Operator " ). Future Vacations ® and
Certified Vacations ® is not liable for any claim of any
nature arising out of or in connection with air or other transportation,
services, or other features, performed or occurring in connection with any
tour, other than as provided in the contract of carriage governing Future
Vacations provision of air transportation in conjunction with these vacation
packages. The tour services described in this brochure, including without
limitation transportation, lodging, and sightseeing, are provided by carriers,
hoteliers, and other suppliers that are independent contractors and not the
agents, employees, partners, or joint ventures of the Operator. The Operator
issues tickets, vouchers and other travel documents for such services merely
as an agent for the companies that furnish such services. Such tickets, vouchers,
and other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the
respective suppliers (some of which may limit or exclude the supplier's liability).
The Operator is not responsible for typographical and/or printing errors.
Neither the Operator nor any subagent of either of them, shall be responsible
for any loss of or damage to property or death or injury to person, resulting
from any act or omission of any supplier providing any tour service or any
other person or entity or caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness,
government restriction or regulation, or any other cause beyond its reasonable
control. The tour participant expressly waives all rights which he or she
may have against the Operator in connection with the foregoing. These terms
and conditions are governed by Florida law without regard to principles of
conflict of law. Jurisdiction for any action relating to any Future Vacation
package shall be in Broward County, Florida. Under no circumstances is the
Operator to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of
the passengers or his or her baggage and belongings.
